Asset Alliance Group has inked a “significant” deal with Domino’s which sees it supply the pizza company with15 Mercedes-Benz trucks, eight Scania rigids and eight DAF tractors. The Mercedes-Benz Actros 2532L 26-tonne trucks, which are supplied on a five-year full-service contract hire agreement, come with Carrier Transicold Iceland engineless refrigeration units to help reduce carbon emissions. Zenith reports strong Q2 performance with order books at near record levels

Zenith reported “strong income growth” in its second quarter financial results, despite a challenging economic environment for the fleet management and leasing firm. Turnover for the three months ending 30 September increased by 24.3% to £161m compared to the same period in 2021, which it attributed to higher lease incomes. Commercial vehicle production sees further monthly growth

CV production in the UK grew by 10.7% in October, rounding off 10 consecutive months of growth this year. The SMMT said 8,740 trucks, vans, buses and taxis rolled off British factory lines last month, marking the best October since 2019.
