The family-run business Redpath Tyres was started in 1974 by husband-and-wife Peter and Agnes in Kelso, in the Scottish Borders.
Together, operating out of Kelso, they provided tyres for agricultural machinery and many names that are sadly lost, such as F&F Moffat, R&W Young and Redpath Bros – all stalwarts of the haulage industry in the Borders, explained their son Graham Redpath.
He talks to Kevin Swallow about how the business has progressed with its call centre, additional sites across Scotland and the third generation.
